- 25 graham crackers
- 1/2 c. butter or margarine
- 1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon Jell-O
- 1 c. hot water
- 1 can Milnot milk, chilled
- 1/2 c. granulated sugar
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
Directions

1Roll and crush graham crackers and mix with the butter or margarine that has been melted.

2Line bottom of a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan with one-half of cracker mixture.

3Dissolve lemon jello in the hot water.

4Cool.

5Stir in the granulated sugar, vanilla and cream cheese with the jello.

6Beat milk until it forms peaks.

7Add jello mixture and beat again.

8Pour in pan and sprinkle top with the other half of the cracker and butter mixture.

9Chill.
