  • 3 eggs
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 carton Smeita*
  • 3 tsp. sugar

Directions

    Mix the first 4 ingredients together.

    Add eggs, one at a time (beating often).

    Pour mixture into baking dish.

    Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.

    Take out of oven.

    Combine the Smeita and 3 teaspoons sugar; pour over top.

    Bake 10 minutes more.

    Cool and serve.
