  • 1 can pineapple, drained

  • 9 Tbsp. sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 c. milk

Directions

    Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, butter and 1 egg.

    Spread in bottom of glass dish.

    Pour in pineapple.

    Blend remaining ingredients and pour over crust and pineapple.

    Bake at 350° for one hour.
