Cheese Cake

Directions

   Beat at medium speed on mixer all ingredients, except graham crackers and oleo, for 30 minutes.

   While beating, roll out graham crackers and oleo (crumble).

   Mix and line sides and bottom of spring-form pan.

   Add filling and cook in 300° oven for 35 minutes. Take out; turn oven to 450°.

   Add 1 pint sour cream mixed with 1 tablespoon sugar and 1 teaspoon vanilla.

   Spread over cake and put back in oven for 5 minutes.

   Sprinkle top with graham cracker crumbs.
