- 2 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 tsp. Vanilla
- 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
- 1 ready to use crust
Directions

1Mix cream cheese softened sugar, vanilla, and lemon juice.

2Mix with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended.

3Add eggs, mix until blended.

4Pour into ready to use crust.

5Bake at 350° for 40 minutes or until center is almost set.

6(To check if the cake is ready, stick a fork in it.

7If the fork comes out dry, its ready.)
