- 5 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 3 eggs
- 2 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 tsp. almond, lemon or orange flavoring (optional)
Directions

1Beat cream cheese until light and fluffy.

2Gradually add sugar, beating well.

3Add eggs, 1 at a time, beat well.

4Stir in flavoring.

5Pour into graham cracker crust and bake at 350° for 40 to 50 minutes.

6Turn off oven and partially open oven door for 30 minutes.

7Take out and cool at room temperature.

8Cover with plastic wrap and chill 8 hours.

9Graham cracker crust should be in spring-form pan.
