  • 5 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp. almond, lemon or orange flavoring (optional)

Directions

    Beat cream cheese until light and fluffy.

    Gradually add sugar, beating well.

    Add eggs, 1 at a time, beat well.

    Stir in flavoring.

    Pour into graham cracker crust and bake at 350° for 40 to 50 minutes.

    Turn off oven and partially open oven door for 30 minutes.

    Take out and cool at room temperature.

    Cover with plastic wrap and chill 8 hours.

    Graham cracker crust should be in spring-form pan.
