- 3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1 c. granulated sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 5 eggs, separated
- 1 can pie filling (optional)
- graham cracker crust
Directions

1If using pie plate instead of cheese cake pan, cut ingredients into 2/3 of amount.

2Preheat oven to 325°.

3Mix together cream cheese, sugar and vanilla.

4Separate eggs; set aside egg whites. Add beaten egg yellows individually to cream cheese mixture and mix well.

5Then beat egg whites until stiff.

6Add this to cream cheese mixture.

7Mix well and pour into cool crust.

8Bake about 35 to 50 minutes, depending on oven.
