  • 1 lb. creamed cottage cheese
  • 1 lb. cream cheese
  • 1 pt. sour cream
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 6 eggs
  • 3 Tbsp. flour
  • 3 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 2 tsp. lemon juice
  • 1 stick of margarine, melted
  • 1 Tbsp. vanilla

Directions

    Mix all ingredients together and put in spring-form pan or Bundt pan.

    Bake at 325° for 15 minutes, then bake at 375° for 45 minutes more until edges of cheese cake brown.

    Then shut off oven and let the cake stay in oven for one hour.
