  • 1 small box lemon Jell-O
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
  • 1 (15 oz.) crushed pineapple
  • 1 c. boiling water
  • 1 pkg. graham crackers
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 can evaporated milk
  • 1 c. sugar

    Mix Jell-O with boiling water.

    Pour in a flat dish.

    Cool, but not jelled firm.

    Make crust with graham crackers and butter. Blend sugar, cream cheese and vanilla together.

    (Whip milk separate.)

    Drain pineapple dry; add all ingredients to milk, also Jell-O.

    Pour over crust and refrigerate overnight.
