- 1 box lemon Jell-O
- 1 c. boiling water
- 3 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 large can evaporated milk (Pet milk)
- graham cracker pie crust
Directions

1Dissolve Jell-O in 1 cup boiling water.

2Add lemon juice. Cool until slightly congealed.

3Cream together the softened cream cheese and cup of sugar.

4Whip large can of evaporated milk; blend into the cream cheese mixture, then blend this into the Jell-O mixture.

5Pour into graham cracker pie crust; chill well.
