  • 1 pkg. lemon gelatin
  • 16 oz. cream cheese
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 c. boiling water
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 pkg. Dream Whip

    Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.

    Cool some.

    Cream together cream cheese, sugar and vanilla.

    Add gelatin; mix well.

    Fold whipped cream into gelatin.

    Pour into crust made of 1/2 pound graham crackers and 1/3 cup of melted butter.
