Ingredients
- 1 lb. creamed cottage cheese
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 1 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp. vanilla
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 lb. cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 lb. butter or margarine, melted (let cool)
- 3 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 pt. sour cream
Directions

1Mix cream cheese and cottage cheese in electric mixer.

2Add sugar and eggs.

3Mix again.

4Add vanilla, lemon juice, cornstarch, flour, butter and sour cream.

5Mix well and pour into greased 9-inch spring-form pan.

6Bake 1 hour at 350°.

7Shut oven off and let cool 2 hours.

8Do not open oven door.
