- 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 3 eggs
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 box vanilla wafers
- 1 can pie filling
Directions

1Beat together cream cheese, eggs, sugar and vanilla.

2When smooth, pour into cupcake liners that have a vanilla wafer in the botom, round side down.

3Fill 3/4 full.

4Bake at 350° for 20 minutes.

5When cool, top with pie filling (any flavor).
