  • 1 envelope Good Seasons nonfat Italian salad dressing mix
  • 1 pkg. Birds Eye chopped spinach, thawed and well drained
  • 1 (8 oz.) can water chestnuts, drained and chopped
  • 1/2 small red pepper, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp. low-fat milk
