- 6 oz. pkg. lemon Jell-O
- 12 oz. container Cool Whip
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 large cottage cheese
- 1 pre-formed graham cracker crust
- 1 can pie filling (your choice)
Directions

1In blender, combine Jell-O, Cool Whip, lemon juice and cottage cheese.

2Put in pie crust and add pie filling (if you wish).

3Put in freezer for 5 minutes, then in refrigerator until ready to serve.
