- 1 stick oleo
- 1 tube Ritz crackers, crushed
- 8 oz. Cheddar cheese, shredded
Directions

1Put carrots in buttered baking dish. Pour melted oleo over them. Put crushed crackers on top of mixture and Cheddar cheese over crackers. Bake at 350° for about 30 minutes.
