- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1 small jar sliced pimentos, drained
- 1 (4 oz.) can diced green chiles
- 1 small can chopped black olives, drained
- 2 lb. loaf Velveeta cheese, room temperature
Directions

1Mix first 4 ingredients together.

2Roll Velveeta between 2 pieces wax paper until about 1/2-inch thick.

3Spread cream cheese mixture on top of Velveeta.

4Roll like a jelly roll.

5Keep cold until about 20 minutes before serving.

6Serve with crackers. Makes large roll.
