- 2 c. potatoes, chopped
- 1/2 c. carrots
- 1/2 c. celery
- 1/4 c. onion
- salt and pepper (optional)
- 1/4 c. margarine
- 1/4 c. flour
- 2 c. milk
- 2 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese (10 oz.)
Directions

1Combine water, vegetables and seasoning in large pan.

2Cover and simmer 10 minutes.

3Do not drain.

4Make white sauce with oleo, flour and milk; add cheese.

5Stir until melted.

6Add corn and undrained vegetables.

7Heat.

8Do not boil.
