  • 1 (16 oz.) can crushed pineapple, packed in its own juice
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese lite
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 (3 1/4 oz.) pkg. sugar-free instant vanilla pudding
  • 1 c. Cool Whip
  • 1 (9-inch) graham cracker crust

Directions

    Drain pineapple, reserving juice.

    Beat cream cheese until light and fluffy.

    Gradually beat in reserved juice until smooth. Beat in pudding mix and salt.
