- 1 slice bacon finely chopped
- 1/2 tablespoon butter
- 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
- 1/8 cup flour
- 3/4 milk warm
- 2 1/16 tablespoons cream cheese diced
- 4 1/4 tablespoons mozzarella cheese grated
- 3/4 cup cheddar cheese strong, grated
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 6 1/8 cups frozen corn previously defrosted
Directions

1Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.

2In a skillet, cook the bacon until crispy. Remove excess fat. Add the butter and garlic. When the butter melts, add the flour and cook for 1 minute.

3Add the warm milk and stir until it thickens. Lower the heat and add the cheeses, one by one, until they melt. Add the paprika and the corn.

4Pour onto a lightly greased glass baking pan and bake for 30 minutes, until the cheese turns golden on the surface.
