  • 1 slice bacon finely chopped
  • 1/2 tablespoon butter
  • 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
  • 1/8 cup flour
  • 3/4 milk warm
  • 2 1/16 tablespoons cream cheese diced
  • 4 1/4 tablespoons mozzarella cheese grated
  • 3/4 cup cheddar cheese strong, grated
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 6 1/8 cups frozen corn previously defrosted

Directions

    Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.

    In a skillet, cook the bacon until crispy. Remove excess fat. Add the butter and garlic. When the butter melts, add the flour and cook for 1 minute.

    Add the warm milk and stir until it thickens. Lower the heat and add the cheeses, one by one, until they melt. Add the paprika and the corn.

    Pour onto a lightly greased glass baking pan and bake for 30 minutes, until the cheese turns golden on the surface.
