- 10 grams Margarine
- 10 grams All-purpose flour
- 200 ml Milk
- 30 grams Pizza cheese
- 1 Salt and pepper
Directions

1Put the flour and margarine in a heat-resistant bowl and microwave for 30 seconds.

2Mix Step 1 well and add the milk little by little, then mix it in.

3Make sure that no lumps form!

4Heat the bowl at 700 W for 2.5 minutes.

5Part way through, stir the mixture to prevent lumps from forming.

6It's alright if the sauce bubbles and thickens.

7Add the cheese to Step 3 and mix it all together patiently in round motions until it melts.

8Once you've seasoned the sauce with salt and pepper, it's finished.
