- 1 c. sugar
- 3 large pkg. cream cheese
- 1 c. sour cream
- 5 eggs
- 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1/4 tsp. vanilla
Directions

1Mix cream cheese with 1 cup sugar with a fork.

2Add eggs and vanilla; beat with electric mixer until it turns white.

3Fill the cupcakes 2/3 full.

4Use foil cupcake papers in muffin pan.

5Bake 40 minutes at 300°.

6Cool 5 minutes.

7Mix sour cream, 1/4 cup sugar and 1/4 teaspoon vanilla.

8Spoon on top of center of cupcakes, then drop a teaspoon of strawberry preserves or jelly on top of center.

9Comstock canned pie fillings may be used instead of preserves or jelly.

10Put back in oven for 5 minutes.

11Let cool, then put in refrigerator.

12Makes 24 cupcakes.
