- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1 (14 oz.) can condensed milk
- 1 (12 oz.) can evaporated milk
- 4 to 5 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 (14 oz.) can whole milk
- 6 eggs
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
Directions

1Beat eggs.

2Add rest of ingredients and mix.

3In a solid cake pan, melt 4 to 5 tablespoons of sugar until caramel forms.

4Tilt pan so as to spread caramel to cover the sides.

5Pour mixture and place the cake pan in another pan containing 1/2-inch of water. (This is called bano Maria, similar to double boiling).

6Bake at 350° for 1 hour and 15 minutes.

7Remove and separate edges and cool overnight.

8Invert into a platter for serving so that caramel doesn't spill.
