- 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
- 1/3 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 egg, separated
- 2 pkg crescent rolls
- nuts, optional
Directions

1Soften cream cheese; beat in sugar, lemon juice, vanilla and egg yolk.

2Spread one package of rolls in bottom of 9 x 13 pan. Spread cheese mixture over rolls, then top with second package of rolls.

3Whip egg white until foamy and brush on top.

4May sprinkle with nuts.

5Bake 350 for 25 to 30 minutes until golden brown.

6May sprinkle powdered sugar on top.
