  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 1/2 c. diced onion
  • 20 drops Tabasco sauce
  • 1 (10 oz.) jalapeno dip
  • 2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 2 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese

Directions

    Mix first 6 ingredients; layer 1/2 in a 9 x 9 x 2-inch casserole dish.

    Top with 1 cup Cheddar and 1 cup Monterey Jack cheese; then repeat layer.

    Bake at 350° for 20 minutes.
