Ingredients
- 2 regular-size cans tomatoes
- 1 Tbsp. cumin
- 1 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- 2 lb. American cheese, grated or cubed
- 2 jalapeno peppers, seeded
- 1 Tbsp. Accent
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 c. hot water
Directions

1Heat all ingredients except cheese to boiling.

2Lower heat and add cheese.

3Stir until smooth.

4Add 1 cup hot water.

5Cool and use blender to make smooth.

6Keep refrigerated.

7Instead of heating everything up, I sometimes half everything and use the blender.
-
8You still need to add the cup of water at the end or it will be too thick.
-
9This is as close to Pancho's old cheese dip as you will ever taste.
