- 1 lb. Velveeta cheese
- 1 (16 oz.) jar salsa (hot or medium)
- 1 lb. Italian sausage or 1 lb. lean hamburger
Directions

1Melt Velveeta cheese in a crock-pot.

2Brown meat and drain off the grease.

3Add meat and salsa to the Velveeta cheese.

4Stir occasionally to keep from sticking.

5Keep the crock-pot on low. Serve with tacos or tortilla chips.
