  • 1 lb. Velveeta cheese
  • 1 (16 oz.) jar salsa (hot or medium)
  • 1 lb. Italian sausage or 1 lb. lean hamburger

Directions

    Melt Velveeta cheese in a crock-pot.

    Brown meat and drain off the grease.

    Add meat and salsa to the Velveeta cheese.

    Stir occasionally to keep from sticking.

    Keep the crock-pot on low. Serve with tacos or tortilla chips.
