  • 12 oz. shredded mild cheddar
  • 12 oz. shredded American cheese
  • 12 oz. cream cheese
  • 12 oz. evaporated milk
  • 1/4 to 1/2 c. of chopped Jalapeno peppers
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 tsp. ground red pepper
  • 1/2 c. chopped pecans or walnuts

Directions

    Allow cream cheese to soften. Mix all ingredients except the nuts. Place in freezer and allow dip to become firm. Spread onto plate and cover with nuts. Allow to chill 2 to 4 hours.
