- 1 lb. cottage cheese
- 1 c. mashed potatoes
- 3 eggs
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 2 1/2 c. flour
- 1/4 tsp. baking powder
- cold milk
Directions

1Blend cottage cheese, 1/2 cup mashed potatoes, 2 beaten eggs, 1 teaspoon salt and cinnamon; let stand.

2Blend the flour, 1/2 teaspoon salt, baking powder, 1 egg and 1/2 cup mashed potatoes. Add enough cold milk to hold dough together.

3Take walnut size portion and roll into pancake size circle.

4Place tablespoon cheese mixture in circle.

5Fold in half and pinch closed.

6Drop into boiling water for 10 to 15 minutes.

7Do not crowd.

8Remove with strainer spoon.

9Serve with melted butter and browned bread crumbs.
