- 8 corn tortillas
- 1 c. bottled picante sauce
- 2 c. low-fat (1%) cottage cheese
- 1 c. shredded reduced-fat Cheddar cheese (4 oz.)
- 1/2 c. thinly sliced green onion
- 1/2 tsp. dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp. ground cumin
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- salt to taste
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Spray with Pam a 6 x 10-inch baking pan. Stack tortillas and wrap tightly in aluminum foil.

3Heat for 10 minutes.

4While tortillas are heating, spread 1/3 cup picante in bottom of pan.

5Combine cottage cheese, 3/4 cup Cheddar cheese and remaining ingredients.

6Mix well.
