- 16 oz. American cheese
- 16 oz. Cheddar cheese
- 8 oz. Monterey Jack cheese
- 1 Tbsp. chicken bouillon crystals
- 1 can chopped green chilies
- 1/2 c. picante sauce
- 1 qt. milk
- cumin to taste
- 1 doz. corn tortillas
Directions

1Make roux with butter and flour; cook until medium brown.

2Add milk, 1/4 cup onion, 8 ounces of American cheese, 8 ounces of Cheddar cheese, bouillon, green chilies, cumin and picante sauce. Stir over medium heat until all is melted.
