- 1 (16 oz.) block Cheddar cheese
- 2 tsp. flour
- 4 Tbsp. chili powder
- 1 to 2 c. hot water
- 2 doz. corn tortillas
- 1 c. oil
Directions

1Grate cheese and put aside.

2In medium pan, fry the flour until golden brown, then add chili powder.

3Mix a little bit, then start by adding 1 cup hot water.

4Add more water if you need. Boil until it thickens.

5Add salt to taste.

6Heat in medium flame.
