- 1 package (16 Oz. Size) Egg Roll Wrappers
- 1 package (16 Oz. Size) Mozzarella Cheese Sticks
- 2 cups Corn Oil
- 1 can (8 Oz. Size) Tomato Sauce
- 1 teaspoon Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning
- 1 clove Garlic, Minced
- 1 pinch Sugar
- 1/2 teaspoons Red Pepper Flakes
Directions

1Heat oil in a large stock pot until it reaches 375 degrees F.

2Meanwhile, lay 1 egg roll wrapper on the counter with one corner towards you (like a diamond).

3Place one cheese stick horizontally in the the center of wrapper.

4Fold the sides over cheese, bring the corner closest to you over the two sides and roll up towards the top corner.

5Wet the top corner with a bit of water and fold over onto the egg roll.

6Seal.

7When oil is hot, gently place 23 cheese sticks in the oil.

8Let cook until golden in color, about 34 minutes.

9Remove to a baking sheet that has been lined with a paper towel.

10Repeat with remaining egg rolls.

11For the sauce, combine all ingredients over low heat in a small saucepan.

12Serve with cheese sticks.
