  • 8 oz. melted Velveeta cheese
  • 2 blocks butter, melted
  • 2 boxes 4xxxx sugar
  • 1/2 to 2/3 c. cocoa
  • 2 c. nuts
  • 2 tsp. vanilla

Directions

    Melt together cheese and butter on medium heat; stir continually.

    Sift two boxes sugar and cocoa together.

    Pour liquid mixture over dry mixture; mix well.

    Add vanilla and nuts. Pour in 9 x 12-inch buttered pan.

    Spread evenly.

    Put in refrigerator overnight.
