- 8 oz. melted Velveeta cheese
- 2 blocks butter, melted
- 2 boxes 4xxxx sugar
- 1/2 to 2/3 c. cocoa
- 2 c. nuts
- 2 tsp. vanilla
Directions

1Melt together cheese and butter on medium heat; stir continually.

2Sift two boxes sugar and cocoa together.

3Pour liquid mixture over dry mixture; mix well.

4Add vanilla and nuts. Pour in 9 x 12-inch buttered pan.

5Spread evenly.

6Put in refrigerator overnight.

7Eat and enjoy.
