Cheese-Garlic Biscuits

  • 2 c. Bisquick mix
  • 2/3 c. milk
  • 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese (2 oz.)
  • 1/4 c. butter, melted
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder

Directions

    Mix Bisquick, milk and cheese until soft dough forms.

    Beat well for 30 seconds.

    Drop dough (teaspoon) on ungreased cookie sheet.

    Bake for 8 to 10 minutes at 450°, until golden brown. Brush butter-garlic powder mix over tops of warm biscuits.

    Serve. Yields 10 to 12.
