  • 1 cup MILK
  • (2 cloves minced garlic)
  • (1 TBL SEASONED SALT)
  • 1 cup stone ground white GRITS (not instant)
  • 3 EGGS
  • 1/2 cup BUTTER
  • 2 cups (1/2 #) grated CHEDDAR CHEESE
  • 1/2 cup PARMESAN CHEESE
