- 3 packets instant grits, cooked as directed
- 1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed
- 1/2 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese, cubed
- 1/2 stick margarine (4 Tbsp.)
- 3 eggs, well beaten
- 1/2 c. milk
Directions

1While grits are still hot, add cheeses and margarine.

2Allow to cool; add eggs and milk.

3Pour into baking dish.

4Bake at 325° for 30 to 45 minutes.

5This dish can be made ahead of time, frozen and reheated.

6Serves 6 to 8.
