- 6 c. boiling water
- 1 1/2 c. grits (not instant)
- 1 1/2 sticks margarine
- 1 lb. Velveeta cheese, grated
- 3 unbeaten eggs
- 2 tsp. salt
- 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- green chili pepper
Directions

1Cook grits in water until thick.

2Remove from heat and stir in margarine and cheese.

3Fold in eggs.

4Add salt, Worcestershire sauce and peppers.

5Put in a large greased casserole or 2 small square pans.

6Cook at 350° for 1 hour or until a knife comes out clean.

7Pan should be large enough so that grits servings will be 1 1/2 inches thick.

8These are good for breakfast too.
