  • juice of 1 lemon
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 1 can evaporated milk
  • 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
  • 6 oz. box lemon jello

    Heat pineapple, sugar and jello until boiling.

    Let cool. Whip 1 can evaporated milk with juice from 1 lemon.

    Combine with jello mix; put in graham cracker crust.
