- 2 lb. Velveeta
- 2 (8 oz.) sharp Cracker Barrel cheese
- 2 (8 oz.) cream cheese
- 1 (1 oz.) Bleu cheese (comes in sections of 4)
- 2 to 3 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- finely chopped pecans
- dry parsley flakes
- 1 small onion, finely grated
Directions

1Grate Cracker Barrel cheese before it gets to room temperature.

2Let all cheese come to room temperature.

3Put all together and work up with your hands.

4Squeeze until mixed well. Separate into 4 or 5 small rolls.

5Roll in chopped fine pecans or dry parsley flakes.

6Wrap in Saran Wrap and place in refrigerator. Serve with Club or Escort crackers.
