Ingredients
- 1/2 lb. Roquefort or sharp Cheddar cheese
- 1/4 lb. butter or oleo
- 1/4 lb. creamed cheese
- 2 Tbsp. brandy or dry sherry
- 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
- 1/2 c. minced parsley or 1/4 c. minced olives
- 3/4 c. crushed walnuts
Directions

1Mix first 5 ingredients together until very smooth.

2Shape into 2 long rolls, about 1 1/2-inches in diameter.

3Combine parsley or chives with nuts.

4Roll the cheese in mixture and chill until fairly firm.

5Serve in slices with crisp unsalted crackers. (Freezes well.)
