  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. horseradish
  • 2 dashes Worcestershire sauce
  • a little garlic salt
  • 1 large pkg. dried beef

Directions

    Mix all ingredients. Take out 9 slices of dried beef. Chip up the rest real fine and mix into cheeses.

    On wax paper, lay the chipped beef out.

    Place the cheese mixture in the middle and shape into a long roll.

    Fold the chipped beef over cream cheese. Wrap in wax paper and chill. Slice into rounds.
