  • 1 medium Velveeta cheese
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 1/2 green pepper
  • 2 green onions
  • 1/4 c. olives
  • 1/2 c. pecans

Directions

    Roll Velveeta between sheets of wax paper to get to a thin sheet.

    Spread cream cheese on sheet of Velveeta and cover with green pepper, green onions, olives and pecans.

    Roll up.

    Keep the roll tight.

    Chill in refrigerator before serving.
