- 1 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
- 2 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- dash of garlic salt
- 1 c. pecans, chopped fine
- 1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
- chili powder
Directions

1Mix all ingredients, except chili powder, and shape into logs. Roll logs in chili powder to coat.

2Refrigerate for 24 hours before serving. Cut thin slices and serve on crackers.

3Will keep in the refrigerator indefinitely.
