  • 2 lb. Ricotta cheese or cottage cheese
  • 1/2 lb. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese plus extra to sprinkle on top
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. parsley flakes
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 1 (2 lb.) jar spaghetti sauce
