  • 1 1/2 c. cornmeal
  • 8 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 3/4 c. milk
  • 8 oz. sour cream
  • 2 Tbsp. honey
  • 1/2 c. flour
  • 2 Tbsp. melted butter
  • 1 egg
  • 2 Tbsp. picante hot sauce

    Mix flour and cornmeal.

    Mix remaining ingredients and add to dry mixture.

    Mix together and pour into greased muffin tins. Bake at 375° for 20 to 25 minutes.
