- 3/4 c. milk
- 8 oz. sour cream
- 2 Tbsp. honey
- 1/2 c. flour
- 2 Tbsp. melted butter
- 1 egg
- 2 Tbsp. picante hot sauce
Directions

1Mix flour and cornmeal.

2Mix remaining ingredients and add to dry mixture.

3Mix together and pour into greased muffin tins. Bake at 375° for 20 to 25 minutes.
