- 2 lb. carrots
- 1/4 c. butter
- 1 medium onion
- 1/4 c. flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
- 2 c. milk
- 1/2 lb. shredded cheese
- 2 c. bread crumbs
Directions

1Slice carrots.

2Cook and drain.

3Melt butter in skillet.
