  • 90 olives
  • 3/4 lb. grated sharp cheese
  • 1 1/2 c. plain flour
  • 3/4 c. room temperature butter
  • 3/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 1/2 tsp. paprika
  • 1/2 tsp. red pepper

Directions

    Drain olives on stuffed end for 1/2 day.

    Mix cheese, flour, butter, salt, paprika and pepper real well.

    Take approximately 1 teaspoon and wrap around an olive.

    May be frozen ahead of time. Cook at 400° for 10 to 15 minutes until lightly browned.
