Cheese Phyllo Triangles (Tiropitakia)

- 6 oz feta cheese, crumbled
- 1/2 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 None egg, lightly beaten
- None None Ground nutmeg
- None None Freshly ground pepper
- 12 sheets phyllo dough
- 6 tbsp (3/4 stick) butter, melted
Directions

1Preheat the oven to 400°F. Grease 2 baking pans. Combine feta, ricotta, egg, nutmeg and pepper in a small bowl.

2Layer 2 sheets of the phyllo, brushing both with a little of the butter. Cut the layered sheets lengthwise into 4 strips.

3Place 2 tsp of the cheese mixture at one end of each strip. Fold one corner end of the phyllo diagonally across the filling to the other edge to form a triangle. Continue folding to the end of the strip, retaining the shape. Brush the triangles with a little more butter. Repeat with the remaining phyllo, filling and butter. Place triangles on prepared pans.

4Bake for about 15 mins or until browned.
