  • 1 large pkg. cream cheese
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 3 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 can milk
  • 2 c. regular milk

Directions

    Cream cheese, sugar and egg yolks together.

    Add vanilla and cornstarch.

    Add milk. Stir.

    Fold in beaten egg whites.

    Pour in two pie crusts.

    Bake at 425° for 10 to 15 minutes. Turn down to 350° for 30 minutes or until knife comes out clean.

    Sprinkle with cinnamon or nutmeg.
